POSTING VIDEOS: You can post videos from youtube.com, vimeo.com and ted.com For Youtube videos just copy and paste URLs such as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7YdHKC6xsU and for Vimeo videos just copy and paste URLS such as http://vimeo.com/4189528 and for Ted videos, you have to copy and paste the entire embed code.

POSTING IMAGES: You can also post .png .gif and .jpg images by copying and pasting urls.

UPLOADING IMAGES: You can also upload .png .gif and .jpg images from your desktop.
