Beeing, LLC ("Beeing") Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy ("Terms") will be updated periodically, so check back every so often to see what has been added. By accessing any of Beeing's Websites, Bookmark, Add-on, or Widgets ("Platform"), as a new account signing up, log in, as an activated guest, or on any of Beeing's properties, or by any use of the Beeing Platform or Services you are agreeing to the Beeing's Terms of Service, Use, and Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
We use the Internet too. We do not spam your email or make your email public. We believe in an open and civil use of the Internet and want to make it a better place to be. What you put in your public profile or use of the public communication systems of the Beeing Platform remains public, therefore do not put any information you do not want viewed by others. We will add in a variety of options for your privacy use as our development continues.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Beeing's Platform offers one a mobile virtual presence via a customizable avatar connected to your user profile on beeing.com, and a virtual environment with chat system where you can experience meeting others on almost any website other than those that have particular security applications, such as banking sites, in addition to do collaborative social tagging, collective streams, and use of its navigate system.
Addition of features and functions will be ongoing as we continue to develop. Beeing owns and operates several domain names, and public and privates websites such as beeing.com, beeing.us, beeing.info, and beeing.biz. We are not responsible for the content of other websites while using or not using the Beeing Platform, or any other applications not owed by Beeing, llc.
The Platform can be accessed via its bookmarklet titled ÒBee HereÓ called Beeing Lite or a Beeing Widget that is provided by a domain owner to socialize their website.
Agreement with Age Restriction
Children under 13 years old are not permitted to use or access the Platforms at this time. Beeing does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. Parents of children 13 years and older should consider whether their child should be supervised during the their use of the Platform. If you do not agree, or are not at least 13 years of age, do not continue to use it or any of Beeing's websites or its Platform on any other website.
Rules of Engagement
The rules of engagement with other Beeing users are basic - respect each other and have fun while sharing the surfing experience and content. Civility is the rule.
Misuse of the tagging system, any impersonation of someone else, or unauthorized use of someone's avatar is prohibited, or if we locate someone is not at least 13 years of age, then that user will be denied access and account removed.
Beeing cannot guarantee that its Platform, which will contain User Generated Content, will be entirely free of illegal, offensive, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate material, or that its users will not encounter inappropriate or illegal conduct from other users. Consequently, you may encounter such content and conduct.
Any public chat, activities, or usernames that has offensive language is not acceptable. As we continue to develop, we will have language filters. You can help Beeing by notifying us of any nudity or pornography, or harassment or unwelcome contact by clicking on: "Report Abuse"
Any user located uploading, using, or acting in such a manner listed above will be denied access and account deleted. Also if any user is found to have been engaged in illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, or fraudulent activities while using Beeing, they will be denied access and account deleted.
Rules of Infringement on Intellectual Property
It is the policy of Beeing to respect the intellectual property of others and we expect that in return. Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of Beeing is an infringement and is not acceptable, in addition to any other copyright, trademark or other forms of infringement of other's content. Your access will be terminated and appropriate action will be taken.

The Beeing Platform and all applications and websites owned by Beeing expresses to the user, who agrees to the Terms or not, or who uses the Beeing Platform, or visits Beeing's websites that we, except as set forth herein, expressly disclaims all warranties or conditions of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
ALL USE OF THE ANY OF BEEING PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AT YOUR OWN RISK". Therefore if you decide use or download the Beeing application or visit any of our websites then do your own discretion and risk. Anyone given use of Beeing as a guest account, will need to activate to Platform to continue and thereby agree to the Terms.
Beeing team members and developers have made commercially reasonable efforts to make certain that our software is compatible with the systems we listed for you to operate it with, but we do not guarantee it. Any damages to your computer system(s) or loss of data that results from downloading Beeing or it use, is the sole responsibility of the user.
The Beeing Platform or Services may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Beeing assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any user's communications. Beeing is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to user's or to any other person's computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or software, related to or resulting from using or downloading materials in connection with the Platform and/or in connection with the services of Beeing,llc.

Choice of Law
These Terms are an agreement between you, the user or visitor, and Beeing, LLC. Accordingly, it is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut USA, as with all contracts not just ones made solely within Connecticut, and without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. By registering, and/or using its Platform, or visiting a Beeing website, you agree to submit to jurisdiction in Connecticut and agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought in a court within Fairfield County, Connecticut USA.
